Shipping

At Dreamy Melts Cyprus, each product is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on fragrance availability and stock levels.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier service selected at checkout.

We currently ship within Cyprus only using trusted delivery partners such as ACS Courier and BoxNow.

If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or the date a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

• The item is in the same condition as when it was received

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

• Goods that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Items that have been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. For this reason, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds can only be issued once the returned goods have been received or proof of delivery has been provided.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
